  Notes	Obituary: Rufus C. Harvey, 88 of Chadsey Road, North Kingstown, a boat builder for many years before retiring, died Monday, June 14 1993, at Kent County Memorial Hospital. He was the Husband of the late A. Helen (Moone) Harvey. Born in North Kingstown, on 16 May 1905, he was a son of the late Rufus and Maude(Sprague) Harvey. Mr. Harvey was a builder of subchasers during WWII at the former Harrison-Parsons Shipyard, East Greenwich. He was employed in other shipyards, including Johnson’s Boatyard, Wickford. He retired in 1974 after nine years in the North Kingstown Water Department. He leaves a daughter, Ruth H. Arvidson; a son, William C. Harvey, both of North Kingstown; three grandchildren and a great-grandson. The funeral service will be private. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery. Please Omit flowers. Arrangements were by The Cranstons of Wickford Funeral Home.
